Birds, Bees and Everything In-Between exhibit at Las Laguna Gallery in Laguna Beach California (http://www.laslagunagallery.com/) opens tonight and runs until August 25th. Two of my paintings "Ears" and "Brooklyn Blanket" are there. "Ears" was also exhibited in the Animals In Art International Exhibit at LSU Veterinary Medical Library in 2011 and graced the cover of JAVMA, June 2013. "Brooklyn Blanket" was exhibited in our CPSA Chapter 119 show 2013 and was used as an artist demonstration on painting with colored pencil on linen, in Ann Kullberg's Colored Pencil magazine August 2013. Both have been exhibited in Ohio galleries. Let's see what California thinks of my work.
It is expensive for me to send my art to shows, but very important to promote myself wherever and whenever I can. Wish me luck:)
